Join the Michael Kowaliw “Pan Pan Man” for Cast Iron Cleaning, Seasoning and Cooking!
In this session you will learn about:
~ Why you should cook with cast iron cookware
~ Finding, hunting, gathering cast iron cookware
~ Understanding differences in vintage to newer cast iron cookware
~ Different methods to clean, season, & cook with cast iron
If you’re wondering about what you have and you’re willing to bring along to identify, please do. It’s always fun to see cast iron that you enjoy!
The cost is $20.
I’ll have some cast iron items available to purchase from the newer to vintage.
Between the hand-me-downs and the miscellaneous pots gathered from any place I can find it between Ohio and Minnesota, I’ve assembled a wonderful assortment of cast iron cookware. I have small skillets, large skillets, square skillets, rare items, pans perfect for making cornbread, pans perfect for frying, dutch ovens, baking molds, and so much more.
